Our Home Visit Counselling service brings professional counselling support to the comfort of your home. With this service, you can access professional mental health support in a comfortable and confidential setting, without the need to travel to a counselling centre.

After your appointment is confirmed, your complete address and Google Maps location will be requested via WhatsApp to help us coordinate the home visit.

Important Guidelines for Home Counselling

• Client Willingness — The client should be willing and receptive to participating in counselling. Effective counselling may not be possible if the client is unwilling to participate.
• Confidential Environment — Counselling sessions must be conducted in a safe, private, and confidential space. Please ensure that a suitable room is available at the residence for the duration of the session.
• Session Duration — Each counselling session is strictly 50 minutes and cannot be extended. The session time will be calculated from the 5th minute after the counsellor’s arrival.
• Punctuality — We are committed to ensuring that the counsellor arrives at the scheduled location on time. We kindly request the client and family members to be ready for the session at the scheduled time.
• Home Visit Charges — An additional home visit charge will be applicable over and above the counselling fee. The home visit charge must be paid in advance along with the counselling fee to confirm the appointment.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling — Once a home counselling session is booked, cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted. Please refer to our Policy Guidlines. Therefore, please confirm the client’s availability before making the booking.
