Call +91 97900 22464Set aside 50 minutes exclusively for yourself
Your counselling session is 50 minutes. Plan your time so you can be fully present and do not have to leave early.
Choose a quiet and private place
For online sessions, choose a place where you can speak comfortably and privately without interruptions.
Avoid mobile phone disturbances
Keep your mobile phone on Silent / Do Not Disturb mode and avoid calls, messages and unnecessary notifications. Every minute of your 50‑minute session is valuable.
No intense preparation is needed
Counselling is not about judging what is right or wrong. It is about understanding your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. If something feels important to your concern, feel free to share it during the session.
Be mentally prepared to participate
Counselling is an interactive process. Be prepared to talk, reflect, answer questions and participate in the activities or exercises suggested during the session.
Keep previous worksheets or activities ready
If you have been given any worksheets, thought records or counselling activities in an earlier session, please keep them ready for discussion.
Give yourself a few minutes to settle down
Try to arrive or join the session a few minutes early so that you can settle yourself and begin the session calmly.
Minimise other distractions
If possible, complete urgent personal or work‑related tasks before the session so that your attention can remain on the counselling process.
Your information is confidential
Everything discussed during your counselling session is treated with confidentiality within the applicable professional and legal boundaries. You can feel comfortable sharing your concerns openly.
Come as you are
You do not need to have everything figured out before coming for counselling. There is no need to prepare perfect answers. Your counsellor will guide you through the process.
Your 50 minutes are dedicated to you.
Give yourself this time without distractions and focus on what matters to you.
